Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their devices and any components supplied for service.
When customer-supplied parts are used, OSAS Building is not responsible for manufacturer defects, compatibility issues, shipping damage, or failures caused by faulty hardware.
Service Refusal
OSAS Building reserves the right to refuse service for devices that:

Have significant physical damage

Are missing essential components

Show evidence of unsafe modifications

Present a risk to technicians or equipment
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Services may require partial or full payment before device release.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of service completion.
Refunds apply only to labor and service charges. Hardware, software licenses, shipping costs, and third-party purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution when handling customer equipment, OSAS Building is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Hardware failures unrelated to our service

Data loss

Damage caused by defective or customer-supplied components
Customers are encouraged to back up important data before submitting devices for service.
